I ordered a hoverboard for my son on Dec 2, 2016. I got an email stating they were experiencing high volumes of sales and shipping delays were possible.
I waited for about 8 days and then called to see what was going on with my order. I never got a live person the several times I tried to call. I left 2 messages and and AN email requesting an update. Finally on Dec.
14, I received an email stating my order was cancelled and all operations have ceased. No products will be shipped. I am to contact my credit card company for a refund. Hoverboard will not be issuing refunds.
This is ridiculous! This was my son's birthday present and he and I are both devastated!
