I ordered my hoverboard and go-kart attachment on July 14th, 2020 I received my hoverboard on September 2, 2020. However the go-cart is still sitting waiting for UPS. Ive called every number I found online for you guys and have not spoke to one person yet Ive reached out through emails I have even done your customer chat nothing is being handled at this time

I ordered a hoverboard on July 27, 2020. My account was charged on July 28, 2020. It is now August 26, 2020. I have not received my board yet. I have called the business number multiple times. I only can leave my name and number. I have heard nothing from them yet. I contacted UPS in the same town. They told me that the man has a hoverboard business out of his home and a warehouse. She said they have not had any boards brought to the UPS store for a couple of months. She said they get complaints every day about the company. I have lost my patience with not knowing what is going on. I am about to see if I can just cancel my order and get refunded, but the problem is, I can't get in touch with anyone. Can someone help me?

Worst company ever

Ordered my board June 6, 2020, company tells me can't ship in July. as of today Sept 8, 2020 no refund. Called customer service and they say tell me your card number and we will refund, meanwhile in July when tracking order number it says on site can not put back on card. Worst company ever They are a rip off. Contacted BBB and see many complaints. They deserve zeros across the board for service, refund and overall best practice.
